What areas do you service?
We work with homeowners and commercial properties across the Phoenix Valley. Send us your location and we’ll confirm availability in your area.
How do I get a quote, and what does bird proofing cost?
Start with our contact form or call (602) 549-1230. Photos help us understand the problem, and we offer free inspections. Pricing depends on the affected areas, cleanup, roof access, and the protection needed. We’ll explain the recommended work and price before you book.
Do you help with smaller birds too?
Yes. Most of our work involves pigeons, but we also fit protection for smaller birds. The bird size and where they’re getting in help determine the right mesh, netting, or deterrent.
Are your methods humane?
Our bird guards, exclusion mesh, netting, wire, and spikes are designed to block access or discourage roosting. We inspect the affected areas before installing protection.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Talon Bird Proofing is licensed and insured. If you’re a property manager and need documentation for your records, let us know when you request a quote.

The installation

What we check, clean, and fit.

Do you inspect the roof in person?
Yes. We get on your roof and look under the panels and around affected areas to see what’s happening. We use photos to show you what we find and explain the recommended solution.
Do you remove nests and bird droppings?
Yes. We remove nesting material and waste, flush and sanitize affected areas, and take the debris off the property before installing protection. Your quote will spell out the cleanup included.
How long does installation take?
Most residential jobs can be completed in a day. Larger netting installations or more involved commercial work can take longer. We’ll give you an expected timeline before we start.
Will the protection be noticeable?
We aim for a neat, discreet finish, but visibility depends on the area and the system needed. We custom fit the protection, and color matching is available for exclusion mesh. See examples in our gallery.

Choosing protection

A solution that fits the property.

Can you keep pigeons out from under my solar panels?
Yes. We install solar panel bird guards using PVC-coated stainless steel mesh and stainless steel J-hook clips. The mesh is fitted around the panel perimeter after nest and waste cleanup. Explore solar panel bird guards.
Where can bird netting be installed?
Netting can close off sheltered spaces such as roof eaves, shaded overhangs, parking structures, and commercial canopies. We fit the net to the structure and the birds causing the problem. Explore bird netting.
What does custom bird proofing cover?
Every property is different. We fit eaves mesh, bird wire, spikes, and other deterrents around problem areas such as roof ridges, fences, chimney tops, signs, AC units, and exposed beams. Explore custom bird proofing.
Do you work with commercial properties and property managers?
Yes. We help property managers protect gas station rooftops, commercial buildings, parking structures, rooftop AC units, signs, and rooflines. Depending on the site, we may recommend netting, mesh, spikes, or bird wire. View our services or send us photos of the affected areas.

Is there a warranty?
Our solar panel bird guard installations include a 10-year warranty. Ask us about the coverage for your installation when we prepare your quote.
How long does bird proofing last?
We use durable materials suited to outdoor conditions. Lifespan depends on the system, exposure, and condition of the installation. Let us know if you notice damage, loose material, or birds returning to a protected area.
Can you come back if there’s an issue?
Yes. Contact us with photos and a description of what you’re seeing so we can help assess the issue and arrange a follow-up when needed.
